Team Discount Rates
Our team discount program makes it affordable for your entire HR team to attend. After the first 2 full-price registrations, each additional registration receives a 30% discount. Only one discount may be taken per attendee. Discounts must be taken at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. A registration form must be filled out for each team member and all team registrants must be submitted together to receive the discount. Team registrations cannot be done online. Please call 1-800-727-1227 to register.
Special Needs
The Conference Staff is available to accommodate persons with special needs. Check the space provided on the registration form and a staff member will call you to discuss the appropriate arrangements, or simply write your special need on the line provided.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations for the conference will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP Publications reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
